1. After we receive your payment, we will deliver the goods in time according to the delivery instructions.

2. If you do not pay in time, we have the right to refuse delivery.

3. It is your responsibility to inform us of any payment details that may be incorrect.

Order:
You have purchased an online purchase of 70 euros and your order will be launched within 24 hours.
Requirements for delivery:
A. You are familiar with the website to arrange weekly delivery to your area days (Delivery date), at the latest before the delivery of 12 o’clock before the order;
B. B. If the item you ordered is in stock；
C. Payment is completed；

Note:
If your order exceeds 70 Euros, but some items are out of stock and the value is less than 5 Euros, we do not add any shipping costs.

Receiving:
You will be notified by phone when the driver arrives at the collection point and the delivery driver will wait up to 10 minutes. If the driver takes the parcel back to the Asian supermarket due to overtime, please pick up the parcel from the Asia Market within 48 hours, you will be responsible for the loss caused.

Inspection standard:
General goods: well-packaged
Fresh vegetables: non-perishable;
Frozen food: below 0 degrees Celsius.

Group purchase:
Over 250 euros for group purchase, 5% off.

Cancel the order:

1. Encountering natural factors that are irresistible to human power.
2. During the COVID19 pandemic, based on the attendance of employee drivers. (This is a mandatory clause)
